OPERATION HARVESTERS is a non-profit, non-political religious organization. It is dedicated to inspire and assist people around Ghana and beyond to discover and realize greater peace, fulfillment and happiness through spiritual awareness of the sovereignty and grace of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in creation, providence, revelation, redemption and final judgment. Being the Christian organization based on biblical truths, OPERATION HARVESTERS stands to train workers within the local Churches and focused on unreached Community of the Gospel in Ghana and other part of Africa.

The ministry begun under the direction of the great commission for the purpose of reaching unreached and train workers among unreached. One of the main tasks of the body of Christ is the great commission that is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to all Nations. Therefore, we effectively focused on training with the gospel of Jesus Christ in Ghana.
We are in the midst of serous challenges and responsibility. Therefore, we commit to establish the training that effectively focuses on evangelism, reaching out unreached in the gospel of our Jesus Christ. This is the best time to reach unreached. We need to invest all what we have for the glory of God and the salvation of our brothers and sisters.
